مشکل رو به شرکت اعلام کردم و پاسخی که دادند به این صورت بود :
thank you for your inquiry. The problem which you described could have different reasons, below you will find some tips which maybe will solve your problem, please check these:
First please check the latency settings in the Juli@ control panel, for the latency there is no default latency depends ultimately on the hardware of your system and the used software. If you have problems as described then you should check the latency gradually increased until the audio playback is played out without interference.
Check if all hardware (driver) and software applications on your system supports the operating system you use.
Please check if all Windows updates are installed, check if you have installed all and the latest chipset, Bios and system driver for your PC (main board), is all the hardware for sure compatible to the operating system you use?
Please also check the device manager if all devices are installed, no yellow exclamation mark may visible.
Background applications like download managers, anti-virus software, printer utilities, etc. can cause interruptions.
Try to temporarily disable these apps in Task Manager and see if it makes any changes

در واقع اولین چیز همون بافر رو احتمال داده بعد هم آپدیت های درایور و ویندوز (یکم هم فکر کرده ما هیچی نمیدونیم مثلا گفته درایور نصب هست !؟ ) و این که بعضی از نرم افزار ها شاید تداخل دارند که غیر فعالشون کنم .
